Since there is likely to be a contract between my daughter Mary the late wife of John BRAKLEY, dec’d & my son Richard LEDBETTER, then if my said daughter gives to my son Richard a title to land on Broad in North Carolina where John BRADLEY, dec’d formerly lived, then I give my land & plantation not already given away to my said daughter, but should she make no title to my said son Richard LEDBETTER, then I give the said land & plantation to my said son Richard.
