Names wife Martha Dunn.  Names negro girl CHARLOTTE to be 
freed in twelve years from this date, nevertheless it is 
to be understood that my wife shall keep her lifetime and 
if she should die before that time, CHARLOTTE to go to Dunn's 
daughter, Jean Spears.  

If the Charlotte should have any increases before she is free, 
they shall be liberated at the age of twenty-three years.
