  Son Hilbert STARLING - River plantation & 34 ac in Long Pond.

  Mary BATTEN - Plantation where she now lives, 
if she lives single, 422 ac, then to her son Arthur BATTEN.  
If he died, to Starling BATTEN; Negroes: JESSE, LILLY & FANNY 
for her use or until she marry.

Daughters - Rachel STARLING, Peasey STARLING & 
Lovedey STARLING - Feather bed & furniture each.

  Son Elisha STARLING - The Roben Place, 250 ac land & orchard, 
when he comes of age.

  Abraham BATTEN - 620 ac land on Little Creek; 1 gun; 
negro JESSE after the death of Mary.

  Samuel BATTEN - Livestock; Negro CHARLOTTE; L5 money.

  Son Graphen STARLING - 208 ac land between Gay's line & 
Wm HINNANT's (HINTON's).  After the death of Mary BATTEN, 

rem(aining) prop(erty) to be sold & all money divided 
between older children.

Grandsons James D. BRIDGERS, Zadock R. BRIDGERS, 
James STALLINGS & Isaac STALLINGS - $75.00 each at age 21.

Granddaughters Mary BRIDGERS, Jane BRIDGERS & 
Ulrica STALLINGS - $75.00 age 21.

Granddaughter Mary STALLINGS - Bed & furniture.

Granddaughter Elizabeth STALLINGS - $75.00, bed & 
furnishings.

Money for above legacies to remain with Isaac STALLINGS
