Equity Bill filed 19 April 1817 No. 14 -vs- Jeremiah WELBORN 
alleges:  Peter FARRER, Senior mtg'd. to him a Negro named 
London.  

That Jeremiah WILLBORN (sic) as Adm'r. of estate of 
Peter FARROW (sic), Junior brought action alleging 
Peter FARROW, Senior gave the Negro to his grandson, 
Peter FARROW, Junior about 30 years ago as the slave was 
in his possession at the house of his grandmother, Mrs. RIVERS.
