I desire that my just debts & funeral charges be paid. I give to my beloved wife Mary RICHARDSON all plantation whereon I now live called Richardsonvill, except part of the said land devised to my dtrs. Susannah ALLEN and Ruth BUNTING, also three Negroes via: Ned, Will & Cato & at her decease the said lands & Negroes to descend to my son David RICHARDSON and the said Negro Will to my grandson Aaron ALLEN & the other Negro Cato to my granddaughter Eliza BUNTING and the Negro Ned to my son David. I give to my dtr. Susannah ALLEN 28 acres of land joining her husband Young ALLEN being part of a tract granted originally to Daniel RICHARDSON, to be taken from the south side of said survey also one half of 55 acres adjoining the same on Manchester Branch & known as the Greenwood survey & agreeable to a line run by Jesse DANIEL. I give unto my dtr. Ruth BUNTING all that tract of land whereon Benjamin BUNTNG now lives containing 150 acres joining the Still House Branch, Red Bank Creek & land of James SPANN & my land on the East side of Still House Branch. I give to my son David RICHARDSON the remaining part of the plantation whereon I now live except the part I have given to my dtr. Susannah ALLEN, Ruth BUNTING two Negroes boys named Ned & Phill at the death of his mother. I give unto my granddaughter Rebecca ALLEN one Negro named Lucinda. I give unto my grandson Isaac BUNTING one Negro boy named Abram. I give unto my granddaughter Eliza BUNTING one Negro girl named Cate after the death of my wife. I give to my granddaughter one Negro boy named Ansil. I give to my beloved wife Mary three Negroes Joe, Vinie & Phoebe & all remaining property. I appoint my wife May (Mary?) RICHARDSON & my son David RICHARDSON and my son in law Benjamin BUNTING as executor. I also give to my grandson Aaron ALLEN the Negro boy named Will. Wit: James DYSON, John DYSON & Jeptha DYSON. To my son Isaac BUNTING, my dtr. Eliza SMITH and my dtr. Frances GRIFFIN, I give them the following Negroes to be equally divided between them viz: Solomon, Peter, Dick, Hannah, Dennis, Paul, Rhobe, Sarah & Adam. To my beloved wife Ruth BUNTING I give my present dwelling plantation containing 246 acres to her & her heirs forever, also all the remainder of my estate not already given away of which my said wife to pay all my just debts. What I have given to my dtr. Eliza SMITH shall go to her during her natural life & at her death to her heirs of her body only.
