The prayer of your petitioners humbly shewth that whereas Benjamin Buzbee, late of Edgefield District, Deceased bid by his Last will and testament in writing bearing bearing out [last two words hard to read] on the fourth of October last, direct that a certain Negro man named Ned the property of said deceased should be set free therefore we, Susannah Buzbee, widow of said deceased and Lewis Sawyer, son-in-law and Benjamin Buzbee so of the said decd.
