L. Loyd, John Loyd, Kerenkessoch Loyd and Susanna G. Loyd, they being the legitimate offspring of Thoas Loyd, deceased, and the present Mrs. Ann Pruitt, my present wife, the following slaves, namely Sarah and Louiza, together with their future issue, do give at the oath of my present wife Ann Pruitt; also a feather bed unto the children above named, to wit Ann, John, Kerenkessoch and Susanna, reserving to my wife during her lifetime the full use of said slaves I do hereby bind myself, my executors and assigns to this my deed, nominating and appointing my trusty friend, Thomas L.
