'sick and weak of body'

 To Hanah JACKSON daughter of Henry JACKSON - Negro girl Betty at 
 her marriage or coming to age;

 Should she die before then, then my executors to have the said girl.

 To Mary ROBERSON daughter of Edward ROBERSON - Negro boy Benn at her 
 marriage or coming to age; should she die before then, then my executors 
 to have the said boy.

 To Edward ROBERSON - the rest of my estate both real & personal.
