To my son, Thomas JACKSON* - my tract of land on the Ready/Reedy Creek whereon he now lives. Also my Negro woman, Daphne, after his mother's death. Also half of my sows and pigs that run on Bearskin Ridge, and 1 pied heifer, and all my carpenter's, cooper's, and tinker's tools. Also my wearing apparel. To my daughter Sarah JONES - 1 heifer To my daughter Rebecca WATSON - 1 heifer To my daughter Anne LINCH - 1 heifer. To my daughter Jane BAYLES - 1 heifer and a steel beaver trap. To my daughter Margaret JACKSON - a certain tract of land of about 50 acres, lying below the line lately run between me and Adam SIMS' to Mr. CHAMBERLIN's, being all that part of land which is between that path and the river. Also my old bed and furniture and my least iron pot after her mother's death. To my daughter Mary JACKSON - the bed and furniture she now lies on, immediately after my death. Also my horse called diamond and my next least iron pot after her mother's death. Also, after her mother's death, the plantation whereon I now live, being whatever remains of my patent after Adam SIM'S late purchase and my former bequest to my daughter, Margaret are taken out.
