I, Frank BUTLER, do make this as my last will & testament. First I give to my wife Mary BUTLER absolutely the following property to wit: Jacko, Hecktor, June, July, Rhody, Betty, Caroline with all the children they now have, with all household & kitchen furniture, stock and other property which she had at our marriage. I give to my four children viz: George BUTLER,, Frank M. BUTLER, Harriet Ford BUTLER and James Jos. BUTLER the rest of my estate both real & personal to be equally divided amongst them as they come of age. With the exception that my dtr. Harriett to have negroes Cinda and Little Lindy. In this article he writes: " One of James Butler's sons was William Butler who fought in the Revolutionary War and almost caught 'Bloody Bill' Cunningham.
